West Central Center for the Deaf

West Central Center for the Deaf (WCCD) is a consultative center instituted to support the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community, child and adult serving organizations, professional organizations, and the general public throughout western Pennsylvania. WCCD provides community based mental health services to D/HH individuals and families that include mobile and site-based outpatient counseling, as well as psychiatric services. WCCD also provides community outreach and general information concerning deafness, deaf culture, ADA law, sign language classes and interpreter referral.
